It is a great pleasure today to send out birthday greetings to my old boss, Brian Mulroney, who is turning 82. One of most significant 20th Century Prime Ministers, Mr. Mulroney served as PM between 1984 and 1993, becoming the only Conservative to win back-to-back majority mandates from Canadians since Sir John A. Macdonald himself.
