It is a great personal and professional pleasure to send out birthday greetings from Art’s History to Catherine Clark, the daughter of Prime Minister Joe Clark and Maureen McTeer.
Catherine was born on this date in 1976 and is celebrating her 46th birthday. She grew up in the spotlight but has made her own mark as a broadcaster and journalist in her own right.
Some years ago, she interviewed every living past Prime Minister for CPAC, and the series was excellent and unique. Her Right Honourable subjects opened up to her as they wouldn’t have before other interviewers. They, like the thousands of viewers who tuned in, recognized the very special perspective she brought to the series.
Catherine continues to live in Ottawa with her husband Chad and their children. Hers is a respected voice in the capital of Canada and has performed public service for Canada – like her parents – for many years.
Happy birthday from Kingston, Catherine!
