OTTAWA -- Liberal Leader Mark Carney is pausing his campaign and returning to Ottawa for meetings ahead of Wednesday's announcement by U.S. President Donald Trump on tariffs.
Trump is expected to hit multiple countries with "reciprocal" tariffs.
