OTTAWA -- The minority Liberal government survived a second confidence vote on the budget this afternoon, with the Conservatives voting against a Bloc Quebecois motion to reject the budget.

The House of Commons recorded a vote of 307 against the Bloc amendment, and 30 in favour of it.
